In this one hour class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. This is class is designed for students brand new to yoga and those looking to strengthen their current practice. Socks are optional! This is a free community class, donations are graciously accepted but not required.
