Strong emotions and feelings without thinking before acting usually create situations that we later regret. Uncontrolled, they can lead us down the wrong path in life. Examine how you let strong feelings and emotions take over your mind so you can redirect your thoughts and avoid losing self-control. Regardless of what caused it, how can you turn it into positive actions that work in your best interest? Followed by a peaceful yoga class focused on deep breathing and movement creating peace of the mind and clarity.
