How to find us:
Look for the sign that says "Mind Elevation Fitness Group"
One trip up the stairs, one trip down the stairs and one final trip back to the top of the stairs. (at your own pace)
Meet at the top of the stairs to stretch and cool down while waiting for the other group members.
Head over to the smaller stairs near the restrooms and water fountain.
Workout & Exercises: 2 sets of push-ups, 2 sets of squats, 2 sets of back arm dips, 2 sets of jumping jacks, 2 sets of sit-ups. (20-30 seconds rest break in between sets)
Close the session with a 5 minute guided meditation. (optional)
Please come prepared to sweat, increase your heart rate and have fun!
*Suggested items to bring: water bottle, sunscreen, baseball cap, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, good workout shoes, a friend(s) and positive attitude!
